Rebounding for Health

Rebounding is one of the most effective forms of exercise for total body health that has ever been developed. At least that’s what NASA tells us. It’s still hard for me to believe it sometimes. Rebounding just never really feels like exercise to me at least not in the way I am used to thinking about exercise. I have been working out in one form or another for most of my life. I was lucky, I had a great role model in that department my father. I grew up watching him exercise religiously and it wasn’t long before I caught the bug. By the time I was 15 I was already running regularly and working out two to three times a week with weights. I love exercise but it in the past it was mostly for the way I would feel after I was through with the exercise. With the discovery of rebounding that has changed. I actually truly enjoy and look forward to jumping on my rebounder. It’s great to have found an exercise which not only gives you one of the best workouts you can get but is also just a heck of a lot of fun.
