Rebounding to Fight Chronic Fatigue

Are you currently suffering from chronic fatigue? If so, you are probably feeling frustrated since chronic fatigue can make it very difficult to get even the smallest tasks on your to do list accomplished. Fortunately, I’m happy to be able to tell you that there are a wide variety of ways that rebounding can help to fight the chronic fatigue that you’ve been experiencing.

Most forms of exercise are difficult for people who suffer from chronic fatigue. However, many doctors believe that rebounding is the best form of exercise for chronic fatigue sufferers. One major reason for this is that that unlike other forms of exercise such as running on either pavement or on a treadmill, rebounding is a gentle, non weight bearing form of exercise. Therefore, rebounding is an excellent choice for individuals that suffer from chronic fatigue since it provides a great workout without being overly strenuous.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope that you have found it to be helpful. Also, should you choose to actually purchase a rebounder, I hope that you enjoy the health benefits that it brings you for many years to come!

Three simple Rebounder exercises you can do on your Mini Trampoline.

Your mini trampoline can provide a fun and a low-impact workout, which is useful to people that have joint problems such as arthritis. Rebounder exercises provide simple and advanced programs depending on your exercise endurance and of course, how in shape you are.

The first simple rebounder exercise is the Health Bounce, simply stand on the trampoline with both feet together, and your knees bent slightly, and then begin bouncing gently. This improves circulation and relieves stress.

The second simple rebounder is the Strength Bounce; you want to bend your knees slightly and then spring up and you will begin to bounce higher as you bounce back up each time. This helps strengthen your legs.

Lastly is the Aerobic Bounce, which s a gentle jogging in place. When you first begin, start with stomping rather than an actual jog. Once your legs gain strength after a few weeks, you can begin picking up your speed by lifting your knees higher. The goal is to sprint in place, but start out slowly and build your strength and stamina.

Rebounding is a fun exercise that makes many people feel as if they did not really workout. After all, we have been taught, “No pain – no gain” but that is not the principle behind rebounding.

Jump on Your Mini Trampoline for Stress Relief

Most people today have to deal with a lot of stress in their daily lives and attempting to find ways to alleviate the stress is often difficult. However, a mini trampoline is an excellent way to relieve daily stressors. Rebounding is enjoyable and truly takes the mind off whatever stress lies ahead. Secondly, it is easy to use, very safe, and cost effective. These points alone help lower one’s stress.

You know you need to exercise since it is proven to help reduce stress, but heading to the gym or purchasing bulky workout equipment is less than appealing. The mini trampoline is inexpensive and small, so it can fit in almost any room and you can use it for breaks during your day or in the evenings when watching television. It is a low-impact workout, so you do not have to worry about your joints taking any of the pressure.

The mini trampoline is fun for all ages, most adults the first time they use a trampoline giggle, but then they begin feeling good and the stress melts away quickly. The mini trampoline is a terrific way to get in a workout without it feeling like a workout, and a way to reduce daily stress easily.

Rebounding for Health

Rebounding is one of the most effective forms of exercise for total body health that has ever been developed. At least that’s what NASA tells us. It’s still hard for me to believe it sometimes. Rebounding just never really feels like exercise to me at least not in the way I am used to thinking about exercise. I have been working out in one form or another for most of my life. I was lucky, I had a great role model in that department my father. I grew up watching him exercise religiously and it wasn’t long before I caught the bug. By the time I was 15 I was already running regularly and working out two to three times a week with weights. I love exercise but it in the past it was mostly for the way I would feel after I was through with the exercise. With the discovery of rebounding that has changed. I actually truly enjoy and look forward to jumping on my rebounder. It’s great to have found an exercise which not only gives you one of the best workouts you can get but is also just a heck of a lot of fun. People often ask which rebounder I use and while I have tried many the one I currently own and love is the Needak Soft Bounce Rebounder (the folding model).

Happy rebounding!

Mini Trampoline Health

Daily aerobic exercise is one a fundamental keys to sustained health. Unfortunately with our modern lifestyles many of us have found ourselves becoming increasingly sedentary. We get up drive to work, sit in front of a computer for most of the day, come home, eat dinner, watch some TV and then go to bed. Contrast this to our nomadic ancestors who spent much of their waking time hunting or gathering food. Our bodies evolved over millions of years to function at their best with the aid physical movement!

So the question is how do set up our lives in a way that encourages us to move more often? One thing that is really easy to do and is surprisingly effective is to keep your mini trampoline set up in the living room or somewhere else where you are likely to walk by it on a regular basis. Whenever you walk by it take a minute of two to jump on it. By doing this you are getting your blood circulating and increasing your heart rate even if you don’t jump that long, by taking lots these little exercise breaks throughout the day they will add up over time and naturally lead to better health.

Mini Trampline

Mini trampline is a common miss spelling for mini trampoline. Mini trampolines or rebounders are typically used as personal exercise machines. A lot of research has been done on rebounding over the years and according to a study done in the early 80s by NASA jumping on a mini trampoline is an even more effective form of exercise then running. Rebounding became enormously popular in the 80s and 90s and as a result dozens of manufacturers started producing mini trampolines and marketing them. Unfortunately many of these companies were apparently only interested in making a quick buck and farmed there manufacturing out to places like China to the lowest bidder. As a result there are a large number of low quality rebounders on the market made from inferior materials. With these cheep models it’s not at all uncommon for springs to break and mats to come unraveled within a week or two of use.

There are however a few manufacturers that produce excellent quality mini trampolines. Companies like Needak, Bellicon and ReboundAIR have been in producing top quality rebounders for many years.

If you’re looking to purchase a mini trampoline you will save yourself a lot of trouble by purchasing a good quality one right from the beginning. The Needak soft bounce folding rebounder is currently our most popular model.
