AS A CHILD JUMPING ROPE WAS MY EXERCISE OF CHOICE BECAUSE IT WAS FUN! NOW I HAVE ONCE AGAIN FOUND AN EXERCISE THATS FUN SIMILAR TO JUMPING ROPE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I WANT TO EXERCISE.

This is a fabulous rebounder. The bounce is just right. I am amazed at how long I can stay on it without feeling like I am exercising, like it's work. Thanks Mike for the recommendation. I bought one of these rebounders 3 months ago after reading about all the benefits.

It arrived quickly (3days after I ordered it) and everything was intact and it good shape. It was pretty easy to set up.

The first day I had it I spent about 30 minutes jumping and the next day I was so sore I couldn’t use it lol. Guess I should have started out SLOW like they suggest. But anyway after a few days I was back to my jumping and have been using it almost every day since.

I am actually considering picking up another one because often times when I get home from work my daughter (who also loves bouncing on it) will be using it.

Highly recommended just start out SLOW!!

When we first discovered rebounding my husband and I went out and got a $50 model from k-mart, 3 of the springs broke within the first week!! So we returned it and after doing a little research online decided to purchase a needak as this was the one that seemed to be getting the best reviews.
