I have the beginnings hip arthritis and can't walk long distances without pain. I bought the Bellicon without knowing for sure if it would make my pain worse. It could have been a very expensive mistake. But it's turned out to be is everything I'd hoped for. I have no pain and actually feel better when I use it. It's like being in water without being wet! From someone who has had chiropractic care for years, I highly recommend this product, as it has low impact on spine and joints....Also, even just three minutes on the 44 inch Bellicon Bungie makes one feel GOOD! The more you rebound, your BALANCE improves....and you will find yourself deep-breathing, as opposed to shallow....which means your body is more oxygenated. (Posted on 4/3/09)
